Every morning we get fresh ingredients delivered and our chefs use those to decide which dishes will made for that day. We work with a number of suppliers local to Broughty Ferry where we source our fruits, vegetables, meats and fish. Our authentic Spanish ingredients we source from Stirling based Iberico Foods.
Iberico Foods are passionate about Spanish food and source authentic, quality products directly from family owned artisan producers throughout Spain. Our fruits and vegetables come from Les Turriffs, our meats from Yorkes of Dundee and our fish from Campbell Brothers. Our menu has been carefully crafted over the years and we’re proud to serve freshly made dishes on a daily basis giving our customers a true taste of Spain. There with my lovely sisters in law on Saturday for lunch. It was quiet but staff were very attentive and explained how the menu works. We shared around 3 dishes each and ordered some bread. Honestly, there was loads. The tacos were fabulous, the salmon cooked really well and the baked goats cheese was delicious. Lovely food cooked to a very high standard, lovely, welcoming staff and the new decor is very warm and cosy. All in all a very pleasant lunch out.read more

We had a lovely lunch today made by Ethan and the crew , all served beautifully and all delicious. The slow cooked beef was so good we ordered more !!!but each individual dish was tasty and flavoursome .
The decor was tasteful and the seats soooooooo comfortable .
Thank you to all the staff , looking forward to a revisit and to try the new bar surroundings

Me and my family had a wonderful meal at soly last week, the food was presented beautifully and could tell it was all homemade! The tacos were excellent, the lovely Georgia was telling us about their new venture and I cannot wait to try! Highly recommendread more

Wow what a beautiful meal we had here. Lots to choose on the new menu we especially enjoyed the cold plate selection and the hake was outstanding. We will definitely be back.
